After an extensive search for a suitable TVS service center, I selected this particular establishment. I entrusted them with my Jupiter 125 for routine maintenance and also detailed a persistent issue I had encountered for three years, which previous service centers had been unable to resolve. Initially, this center also struggled to identify and rectify the problem. However, upon expressing my dissatisfaction, the owner personally retrieved my vehicle, retained it for two days, and ultimately, their team successfully diagnosed a unique and easily overlooked issue. I commend the owner for their dedication in resolving this complex problem and for prioritizing my service request. A notable aspect of their service was the proactive communication regarding a difficult-to-source replacement part. Despite delays in its arrival, the consistent updates provided a strong sense of accountability and assured me that my case was not being neglected. Ultimately, all issues were resolved to my satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend this service center and would rate their performance beyond five stars. I offer one suggestion to the owner: consider refining your operational processes to minimize the need for return visits for customers. While I acknowledge that my vehicle's issues were uncommon and represent an exception, streamlining the customer experience could further enhance your service delivery.
