We placed and order for TVS Scooty special edition. We had to wait a month to get it delivered. Anji helped us through out. service was good, he kept us updated in timely manner and attached the parts well too.
But what was bad was he pestered so much for a good review. It was not at all professional. When the model was available he called to inform around 6 pm and forced to complete payment before 7:30pm the same day. If I had not saved his number I would have thought I was getting scammed.
Even though the delivery and the full process was completed correctly, this unprofessional behaviour of pestering and forcing left a bitter experience.
