I recently purchased a TVS iQube from the showroom, and my experience was truly unforgettable and amazing! The customer service and overall response were excellent throughout the process.
A special thanks to Ms. Ambika for her wonderful guidance and support. She made the entire experience smooth and pleasant.
I would happily rate the experience 10/10. Thank you to the entire team for all your support and for a wonderful experience!

Staff is polite and we'll mannered. Servicing was done very well. The waiting room is across the servicing hall. So you can literally see the vehicle being worked upon while you wait. If it's a non rush hour.
Overall great work.
Thank you.

We finalised a deal and they went back on it. Giving excuses like he misunderstood n was confused. Going back on agreed upon deal is acting in bad faith. Avoid them.
Edit 1- the owner is dismissing me without verifying if I came. This is the screenshot of the quote you gave me n one of your employee names. What is your defence now?
Edit 2 - Mr Shridhar called n sorted this out. He assigned Ms Ambika to this purchase n eventually I made the purchase with them. Thanks for the efforts in rectification.

As it's my second free service, there was nothing much to do in vehicle but the way the entire process went smoothly and they delivered my bike on time. How the service was done will be updated after riding few kilometres.
