No proper arrangement for taking vehicles for service - complete chaos. Very long waiting time to hand over vehicles. No co-ordination amongst staff. A defect in the EV is not rectified during two services though I pointed it out both the times. One good thing was that service was completed and the vehicle was delivered on the same day.
