I recently purchased the TVS jupiter 113 and my overall showroom experience was quite good. The staff (Miss Manisha) at the showroom was very polite and explained all the features and variants of the scooter clearly. She also helped me with the documentation and registration process, which made the buying process smooth. The delivery experience was nice. The bike was handed over in clean condition and the basic features were explained properly. I also received a short overview about maintenance and the first service schedule.

I recently bought a TVS Raider 125 TFT DD variant from Anjali TVS showroom. Let me tell you about my experience. First, a bit about me: I'm very particular about bike features, mileage, and the support I get from the dealer. I started my search online and found I could buy through Flipkart. I checked the ratings of different dealers and called about 10 of them. Most of them were just okay—regular salespeople. But then I spoke to Dhana Lakshmi from Anjali TVS Somajiguda. And honestly, she changed everything for me. From the very first call, she made me feel comfortable. I had so many questions about taxes, bike features, and the price breakdown. She answered every single one patiently. She never ignored my calls, always spoke with respect, and treated me like a valued customer. What I liked most? She never once pressured me to buy. She never called me asking, "When are you taking the bike?" Instead, she calmly said, "Come to the showroom, see the bike, talk to me, and then decide." That gave me so much peace of mind. She also went out of her way to help me. I wanted the delivery early, and she made it happen without any hesitation. She even helped me get a discount for Independence Day and guided me on insurance and taxes. No other dealer did any of this. When I visited the showroom, I saw she's not just a good salesperson—she's something else. Everyone there was nice, but Dhana Lakshmi was on another level. She was everywhere at once! One moment she was explaining something to me, the next minute she was with the service team getting a bike ready for delivery, and then she was with the registration team helping another customer. I never saw her sit down once. She kept moving around, always helping. I started calling her "Miss Invisible" because she seemed to be everywhere at the same time. I even noticed that when other staff members weren't sure about something, she would guide them to the right place. She knows everything about the showroom. I know it might sound like I'm praising her too much instead of the bike or the showroom. But trust me, if anything, I'm not saying enough. I actually live in Shankarpally, RR district. It's far. But because of Dhana Lakshmi, I chose to travel all the way to Somajiguda and buy my first bike from Anjali TVS. I went there only because of her. She made my first bike buying experience truly special.
