I recently purchased a TVS Jupiter 125 – Mercury Grey from Anjali TVS, Somajiguda, and I am extremely happy with my experience.
I had enquired at several showrooms for the Mercury Grey colour, but unfortunately, I did not receive a proper response. Then I contacted Ms. Laxmi in the morning at Anjali TVS. She immediately understood my requirement, arranged the vehicle before lunch, and completed the delivery on the same day.
I am very impressed with her excellent response, professional skills, and polite way of communicating. She treated me like a family member and was extremely supportive throughout the process. I have never experienced this level of customer service from any other showroom.
