Let me tell you all that my experience with Ride TVS, Bhikaji Cama Place was "Beyond Expectations". To my Surprise, I got a warm Welcome the moment I entered the Ride TVS Showroom and was offered Water and Coffee as well. Mr Ankit Baisla, the Sales Manager, was assigned by the Management to handle my Queries/Questions.He took the ownership and made sure that I get the best of the services. Ankit cleared all my doubts and explained the features of all the Shortlisted Bikes based on my Purchase Requirements. Finally, I chose "TVS Radeon Bike" as it exactly matched my Requirements. He personally followed up with me until the Registration Certificate Smart Card was delivered to my Residence. Ride TVS Showroom has good a good Ambience, the entire staff is very humble and helpful as well. The Owner of the Showroom is truly a Gentleman. We really liked their service Ankit and his team were amazing we would like to extend our thanks. It was my first Scooty from my hard earned money it was very emotional and happy moment for me which thy made successful with their customer service and delight. Otherwise last Sunday I already visited two stores of TVS one in Lajpat Nagar and one in Okhla they both made us upset took booking and advance 10-15 days prior and on the day of delivery on Sunday they were giving us broken Scooty which was not looking like a new one. But then we contacted Ankit today morning and he said he will give us this and we were very happy to know that and yes what ever Ankit promised he delivered as well. So thanks to Ankit & his whole team.
