Initially, I had a very disappointing experience with TVS Keshvin, Tirupati. After service and replacement of the clutch set, an abnormal engine noise developed. The initial diagnosis was engine boring, but I was not provided with a satisfactory technical explanation. I also had concerns regarding the warranty decision, AMC information, long waiting times, and unresolved brake issues.
After escalating the matter and explaining the complete sequence of events, the service centre called me back for a re-inspection. A different technician evaluated the motorcycle, and the engine boring was finally carried out under warranty, followed by the necessary service. The motorcycle is currently running well, so I am updating my rating to 4 stars.
Special Mention to Service advisor - Mrs Prameela who handled the issues properly and gave her best to fix the issue.
I will continue to monitor the bike over the next one to two weeks and provide another update based on its long-term performance. I appreciate the service centre for reconsidering the case and resolving it under warranty, while also hoping they improve their diagnostic process, communication, and customer handling to avoid similar situations in the future.
